Lotus Lantern Workshop | Town Hall

Join us on Wednesday, July 31 at 11AM at the Newfields Town Hall for a livestreamed Lotus Lantern Workshop, presented by Younhee Shin of the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP).

Learn how to make a lovely lotus flower lantern step-by-step using colored paper and a pre-made wire frame. Participants will also learn about Korea’s unique history and culture and watch a short documentary film.

All materials will be provided. Program runs approx. 75 minutes. Space is limited. Registration required (opens July 10). Adults and kids ages 10+

About the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project:

KSCPP is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, founded by Kim Jae Woong in 2005, dedicated to the promotion of greater awareness and understanding of Korean history and culture.
