Join us at the Library for a screening and discussion of 1776, the acclaimed 1972 classic musical film that brings the drama and debate of America’s founding to life.

Follow the delegates of the Continental Congress, including Adams, Jefferson, and Franklin, as they work to declare independence and birth a new democratic nation.

Assistant Librarian Susan McClelland will facilitate a brief discussion with fun facts and trivia. 

Popcorn and light refreshments will be served. All ages welcome.
